Professional Approach

As a CAD designer in 2D and 3D modeling, I have 15 years experience with SketchUp and 5 years of training with Revit from Portland Community college and used AutoCAD while working for Fibertel LLC. I work with blueprints, old or new and add accurate dimensions to them. I also measure and reconstruct any home interior according to the client's preferences. I create realistic 3D models of any floor plan, using the client's color schemes and design choices. I am open to working on any project involving foreclosures, flipped homes, or renovations. I produce floor plans, foundation plans, details, and section plans. I am eager to contribute to your business or an individual client. I have also volunteered to build props for various events.
